Support starts where the work is visible.
NetLife Guru packages are released as open source building blocks. For public packages, the best place to ask questions, report bugs, and discuss improvements is GitHub. Public support helps other developers find answers and improves the project over time.
Commercial support is planned for later, especially around the future NLG frameworks, integrations, and production use cases. Until then, this page explains how to get help and where each type of request belongs.

- Expected behavior and actual behavior
- Error output, logs, or stack trace if available
Security reports
Please do not report security vulnerabilities publicly. Send private security reports directly by e-mail so they can be reviewed before disclosure.

Commercial support
Commercial support is planned for later. It will be focused on production usage, integrations, framework-related work, and long-term support for teams using NetLife Guru projects in real applications.

Response expectations
NetLife Guru packages are maintained alongside active development work. We try to respond when possible, but free community support does not include guaranteed response times.
Clear reports, small reproductions, and focused questions are the fastest way to get useful feedback.
